These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FormAce, including our website, mobile application, video analysis tools, coaching features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, uploading content, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you use FormAce on behalf of a team, academy, organization, child, or other person, you represent that you have authority to do so and to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Description of Service

FormAce provides AI-powered tennis form analysis, player progress tracking, coaching notes, workout recommendations, events, team features, and related performance insights. Our analysis is informational and educational only. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, injury diagnosis, or a substitute for qualified coaching, medical, or safety guidance.

Tennis and athletic training involve risk. You are responsible for training safely, using appropriate equipment, warming up, stopping activity if you feel pain, and seeking professional medical advice when needed.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, use the Service only for lawful purposes, and avoid uploading content that you do not have permission to use.

You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, upload malicious files, harass other users, or use FormAce to violate another person's privacy or rights.

4. Intellectual Property

FormAce and its software, branding, design, features, analysis formats, and related content are owned by FormAce or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of FormAce technology or content to you.

You retain ownership of videos, images, notes, and other content you upload. You grant FormAce a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and analyze that content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and your account settings.

5. Video Uploads, Coaching Content, and Sharing

You are responsible for obtaining any required consent before uploading video or personal data involving another person, including minors, players, students, or team members. If you share analyses with coaches, players, parents, teams, or other users, those recipients may be able to view the shared content.

AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or vary based on video quality, camera angle, lighting, player visibility, and model limitations. You should review all recommendations with appropriate judgment before applying them in training.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations

Some FormAce features require a paid subscription or may be subject to usage limits. Subscription prices, included analysis limits, renewal periods, and available features are shown before purchase and may vary by platform, plan, and region.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the applicable billing provider. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law or the billing provider's policy.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information. By using FormAce, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms when needed. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create risk for FormAce or other users, fail to pay required fees, or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion where available.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that analyses will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every player or training situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FormAce will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, training injuries, or performance outcomes arising from your use of the Service.
