What is FormAce?add
FormAce is an AI-powered tennis form analyzer. Upload a short video of your practice or match and you get a breakdown of your mechanics — joint angles, racket speed, shot distribution, and court coverage — plus coach-ready notes you can review and share.
Do I need special equipment?add
No. Any phone camera works. We recommend filming from the baseline or side of the court at chest height, holding the phone steady. No wearables or external sensors required.
How long does an analysis take?add
Most clips under two minutes process in a few minutes. Longer rallies or match-length videos can take up to 10 minutes. You will get a notification once your report is ready.
Can I use FormAce without creating an account?add
An account is required so your analyses stay tied to you and your coach, and so we can enforce usage limits fairly. Signup is email/password or Google.
Coaches & Teams
How do I invite my students?add
Go to Team Management in your dashboard and click "Invite Player." Enter the student's email (or generate a link to share manually). When they accept, they're linked to you as their coach automatically.
Can I manage multiple players?add
Yes. Coaches can invite unlimited players to their roster, view each player's analyses, and share weekly notes with goals.
Does the coach dashboard sync with the mobile app?add
Yes. The webapp and the FormAce iOS/Android apps share the same backend, so any roster, invite, or note updates appear instantly on both.
Pricing & Limits
How much does FormAce cost?add
Free tier includes 3 analyses per month. Paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Academy) unlock more monthly analyses and coaching features. See the billing page after signup for current pricing.
What counts as one analysis?add
One video upload = one analysis, regardless of length. Re-running a report against the same video does not deduct another credit.
Do you offer team or academy plans?add
Yes — the Academy tier is designed for clubs and programs with larger rosters and includes higher monthly limits. Contact us if you need custom volume.
Privacy & Data
Who can see my videos and analyses?add
Only you, and the coach you've linked to. Coaches see only players on their own roster. Videos are stored encrypted on Firebase Storage.
Do you share or sell my data?add
No. We don't sell data. Analyses may be used in aggregate (de-identified) to improve our AI models. See our privacy policy for details.
How do I delete my data?add
Email us or delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes all analyses, videos, and profile data within 30 days.
